Service Policies  

Clusted offers after-sale services based on the following policies:
1. Warranty
1.1Products are guaranteed one-year warranty within one year after the delivery hereof.
1.2 Renewed contract may be available if customer asks to extend the warranty period.
2 .Rules for products inapplicable to warranty
Such conditions as don't come within warranty are as follows:
2.1 Beyond the warranty period.
2.2 Damages due to human errors in the process of usage , including damages caused by operating without following instructions ,unauthorized reparation, improper hot-plugging, and using unqualified outsourcing parts (module, network cable, etc. ) in installation.
2.3 Non-Clusted products and attachments such as LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), touch screen, printer, hard disk, power supply .
2.4 Damages due to force majeure (lightning,flood,earthquake,etc.).
2.5 Labels for marking product type or product number being altered, torn or damaged.
2.6 All the products should be checked after reaching customers, who shall confirm with logistics companies if any fault exists , otherwise damages found later due to delivery shall be under no warranty.
3 Maintenance Service
3.1 Clusted guarantees maintenance for products sold.
3.2 Customers shall be charged for maintenance of products under no warranty in accordance with the above-mentioned policies.
3.3 Labour cost and material cost are included in maintenance costs.
3.4 Clusted shall not be liable for expenses resulting from inspection and return of fault-free items.
4 .Return and Repair Procedures
4.1 Customers are requested to fill in Clusted repair form or to submit repair application and fill in repair form on the internet if products need repairing . More information for you shall be found at: www.clusted.com , or you can contact with the Markering Department of Clusted.
4.2 Cautions for filling in the repair form.
4.2 .1 Product number must be written down.
4.2.2 Details of fault causes as well as working conditions for software and hardware shall be described. Breif and abstract words such as system halted,function failure shall be avoided.
4.3 Products for repair should be in original packing or in packing ensuring safe delivery. Clusted shall bear no obligations for damages due to improper packing in transit.
4.4 Non-Clusted attachments shall be noted clearly in repair form if they need to be returned.Clusted attachments (hard disk,memory stick ,etc.) should be returned with repair items in case it is necessary , or be stated clearly on repair form if not. Otherwise, Clusted shall not bear any obligation.
4.5 Clusted shall not be responsible for the returning of repair items ,however,shall be responsible for sending back the repaired items, with the exception of related agreements being made.
4.6 Assessed price lists for repairs shall be given for your confirmations if products are under no warranty after inspections .
4.7 All the expenses must be paid before the return of repaired products , and Clusted shall make out maintenance invoices to customers .
4.8 Repaired items shall be returned with receipt which you should sign and return . Should any discrepancy exist between the repaired items and the receipt, you are requested to check with the Marketing Department of Clusted.
5. Remarks
5.1 Repair receipt with record keeping for your reference should be signed and returned to Clusted Marketing Department.
5.2 Customers shall be charged for items beyond warranty period for repairs as follows:
5.2.1 Customers shall be charged for labour and materials consumed for repairs. General components' alteration are not to be informed of .
5.2.2 Repaired items shall be returned free of charge via professional transport ways such as express delivery. Customers shall be liable for expenses due to extra requirements.
5.2.3 Repaired items with similar faults shall be guaranteed three-month service. Faults caused by force majeure or human errors shall not be included.
5.2.4 Clusted repair items are to be returned to customers whith 15 work days after reaching Clusted (the time of delivery excluded). Maintenance period of non-Clusted items (LCD,etc.) shall be in accordance with the original manufacturers.
5.3.5 Unpaid repaired products shall be carried to Clusted discard storehouse. Clusted shall bear no responsibility for safekeeping ,etc. For such customers as haven't paid , Clusted shall suspend corresponding after-sale service.
5.3.6 Repair items attested beyond repair shall be returned without maitenance costs..
6. Supplementary Rules:
6.1 The after-sale service policies hereby came into effect from January,1,2009.
6.2 All rights shall be reserved by Hunan Information Integration Co.,Ltd.
